Job Description :

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails .
• Management and resolve customer complaints.
• Sell products and place customer or orders in the computer system.
• Identifying and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Research required information using available resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.

Minimum requirements :

1) Ability to work standing over long periods of time
2) Minimum three (3) years working experience
3) Must be team player
4) Must have excellent spoken English, ability to read in English
5) O Level standard of education
