Will be competent and responsible for all types of support needed and general needs. To act at all times in accordance with the policies and procedures and to ensure compliance with the Health & Safety regulations
• To assist with the movement and reinstatement of material and fixtures as required
• To undertake repairs work as generated by the Manager, Housing Manager and Customer Care administrators. Liaise and work with the staff & scheme managers
• To carry out general duties including for example graffiti removal, building and site repairs, fencing, painting,plastering, floor and wall tiling, glazing including Perspex type material, low level rainwater goods repairs
• To deal with small, general items of repair and maintenance in the interior and exterior of the building. Carrying out routine checks

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of English both written and spoken
