Sterling Holdings manages several stores around the Maltese islands hosting several prestigious brands. Stores include Sterling jewelers, E-Jewels, Luisa Spagnioli and Urban Jungle. We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Manager for the E-Jewels store in St Julians. The ideal candidate is expected to
• Have a flair for sales
• Have experience in the retail industry
• Work in a team-oriented environment
• Be outgoing with great communication skills
• Perform with limited supervision
• have competent computer skills particularly Microsoft applications
• Be fluent in Maltese and English
• Be willing to work evenings and weekends
• Have experience in stock control
• Have experience in scheduling and rostering staff

Qualifications

Main Duties include:
• Regular spot-checks of stock in store
• Weekly scheduling and rostering of employees in the area
• Selling and replenishing watches and jewellery
• Assisting clients and training staff in line with company guide lines
• keeping the store clean and organised at all times
