Supply Teacher

Inspire is looking for Supply Teachers to join our Learning in Context (LinC) Day School Programme. The chosen candidates will be working hands-on with primary school aged students exhibiting a variety of difficulties including autism, challenging behaviour and intellectual disability amongst others.
They are responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a functional educational curriculum adapted to the needs of the students. This is to be done together with different members of the multidisciplinary team. Therefore, we are looking for team players with effective communication skills who can work autonomously and set own priorities whilst ensuring a high-quality service.
The supply teachers need to act as a point of reference for their students and are expected to work closely with other professionals within the team as well as third parties such as parents and other professionals external to the team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
A Degree in a field related to Care, Disability or Social Sciences.
Experience in pedagogy is considered an asset.
