Pump Attendant - Petrol Station

We are currently looking to recruit a Pump Attendant to join our team.

Job main duties include:

Ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, that includes greeting and acknowledging customers, maintaining outstanding standards, product knowledge and all other components of customer service;

Respond to customer requests in a timely manner;

Being responsible for fuel pumps, collect money from the customer and provide them with a valid fiscal receipt;

Pump fuel into the motor vehicle after confirming what type of fuel is needed;

Monitoring fuel levels and summing up daily consumption;

Assisting fuel delivery with bowser;

Controlling parking round the petrol station and keeping forecourt clean and tidy.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Fuel Attendant position will:

Have a strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;

Be physically fit, healthy and be able to be on your feet throughout the working hours;

Be able to interact easily with diverse employees & customers;

At least 6 months experience is required.
