The company`s expertise includes industrial and warehouse facilities, office buildings, retail facilities, hotels and apartments blocks. The company also manufactures ready mixed concrete, hollow concrete blocks and pre-fabricated elements including pre-stressed predalle and beams.

Job Brief:

B&B Construction Ltd. is looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of payroll and ensuring accuracy every fortnite.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Implementing.
• Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Support the management of disciplinary and conduct issues.
• Maintain employee records.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
• Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of Shireburn Indigo is a plus
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting including applications for foreign nationals.
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Be highly organised and meticulous, with the ability to prioritise workload with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Be able to work in a team and maintain relationships both internal and external.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Have an eye for detail and an ability to check all documentation.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
• Demonstrable leadership abilities.
