We looking for a skilled German speaking customer service agent to join our team and contribute to our success.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering product and service questions and shall apply all efforts to respond to customer needs and ensure the best possible gaming experience.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
-Resolve customer complaints via chat, phone and email
-Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
-Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
Requirements:
-Excellent communication skills in both English and German (spoken and written)
-Strong computer skills
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
-Willing to work evenings and weekends on shift basis
