Qualifications

• incoming calls answers, and transfers to required sales agents
• organization of sales marathon days, thymes ideas, quotation and full ownership of those important & fun events.
• manage on going rewards for agents, birthdays, incentives won, and other ongoing
• Create, share and assist analytical work reports
• manage absents of agents and medical certificate, updating our PeopleHR deducted system for it.
• update the compliance officers about all changes we have on the floor.

Must to have good level of English
