ZP Services Ltd. is a call centre services provider specializing in the management of strategic activities surrounding sales and customer relations.
We are looking for a Service Desk Agent. This person will help with everyday support to our fast and dynamically growing company with over 250 active workstations. We need a candidate that is driven, has excellent problem solving and troubleshooting ability. The candidate must have a good level of English and the following skills:
Qualifications
• Knowledge of Windows 10
• Knowledge of Office 365
• Basic knowledge of AD (users and groups creation)
• Basic networking knowledge
• Excellent attitude to service colleagues and guests.
• Good level of English
Extra skills that will be considered a plus:
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system
• Basic knowledge of VOIP
• Basic knowledge of Powershell
