The Apple's Eye

LINE COOKS/PIZZAIOLO needed to form part of our long established restaurant. The Apple's Eye, situated in Golden Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha, has recently expanded its operations requiring new chefs/line cooks to recruit.

Must be hard-working, passionate and skilled to able to carry out various kitchen tasks quickly and competently including:

- setting up and stocking of work stations
- preparing food for service
- answering and following Head Chef's instructions
- complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- liaising with other fellow kitchen team members

Qualifications

- Must be fluent in English
- Must possess experience in a similar role including that of a pizzaiolo
- Must possess food handling licence

Both full and part time posts available.
