We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and fully qualified chef to assist in running our busy kitchen. Ta Kris restaurant specializes in traditional Maltese cuisine using seasonal ingredients and Mediterranean dishes. We need someone that is passionate and proud of our local food, to help add innovative dishes for our special set menus and daily specials and to enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess previous experience in:-

Cooking Maltese and Mediterranean dishes.
Managing a busy kitchen.
Setting menus for special occasions.
Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards.
Must have means of transport.
Must be fluent in English.
Must have a valid food handling license.
