Junior Accountant

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to join our professional team of accountants. The ideal candidate must be skilled in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and have a keen eye for details.

You will be responsible for:

- Handling supplier invoice postings and payment.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Completing of VAT Returns.
- Assist in the preparations of monthly management accounts.

Qualifications

Requirements for the role:

- Minimum Accounts A' Level Standard or similar.
- Previous experience is not a must but consider this as an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese & English.
- Excellent organising abilities.
