Our Team is growing,we’re looking for a smart, highly-motivated and alert person to perform numerous general office and secretarial duties
Duties include:
Answering calls,taking messages and handling correspondence
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Preparing and collating reports
Filing
Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Prioritising workloads
Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
Logging or processing bills, expenses and invoices
Updating internal Accounting Systems
Qualifications
The ideal candidate:
Smart, mature and has a pleasant personality;
Hard working and capable of working on their own initiative;
Meticulous and has good communication skills;
Fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English;
Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar position
Is proficient in MS office applications
Has an Accounts O’Level
