Required by a young company prepared to provide the highest standards in logistics and transport services. Their vast experience in this field enables them to offer a personalized service, be it for private or corporate moves.

Due to further expansion they require an additional person to join the team. Duties will include:

Dealing with clients over the phone, face to face and by email
Obtain quotes for the transportation of personal belonging from local agents so as to give the clients the best possible deal and book the cargo once the agreement is obtained
Coordinating with the packing department and the client to ensure that the belonging are well packed and ready for pick up
Prepare all shipping documents
Basically do everything to ensure that the belonging arrive in excellent condition and on time

Qualifications

The ideal applicant for this position will have already had some exposure to the shipping world, preferably but not essentially in export. Excellent customer service skills, computer literacy and a flexible attitude are also very important as is being a team player.
