Sales and Client Servicing
The Primary responsibility is :-
Liaising with clients and installers on various projects, installations and services
Execution of client quotations and subsequent orders
Liaise with various suppliers and shipping agents as necessary
Assist and support the Directors/Management in the daily operational activities
General administration of the office.
Communicating with Banks, Suppliers, Govt. Dept. and Sub Contractors, Installers and clients as required
Completing and submission various government documentation.
Insurance and shipping and co-ordination of projects.
Use of Sage is required. The issuing of sales invoices and collection of payment. Effecting payments both local and foreign. Posting of receipts, invoices, payments and journal entries
Any other ad hoc requirement as may be necessary in the organisation.
Must be able to set own deadlines and work accurately to tight deadlines

Qualifications
You need to:
- Have an A ‘Level standard of education, Accounts or equivalent would be considered an asset.
- Be fluent in both English and Maltese.
- Be well organised, well presented, punctual, mature, self-motivated and professional.
- Be able to form good relationships with clients, suppliers and installers to work as part of an effective team.
- Have a `can do' attitude and are willing to deal with new challenges
- Be able to get the job done effectively yet efficiently.
- Be prepared to carry out any necessary administrative tasks as would be required
Experience is essential. An attractive package will be offered to the right candidate. Part timer also considered.
