Accounts Executive (Part-Time)

We are a boutique HR firm, focusing on developing and delivering quality recruitment & training services, business solutions, & technology that enhance the potential of people & organisations.
We are currently looking for an Accounts Executive who will be responsible for:
Preparing and updating the books of accounts in a timely manner;
Assisting with the preparation and settlement of monthly payroll;
Preparing bank payments;
Debtors chasing;
Petty cash;
Bank reconciliations;
Preparing and assisting in the compilation of internal reports as may be required;
Performing other general requirements which may arise from time to time;
Assisting the team in preparing material for training courses, such as course notes, labels, name tags and attendance sheets.
Ordering of office supplies.
Qualifications
Applicants in possession of an A level qualification in accounts or an AAT diploma will be given preference.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and be proficient in the use of MS Office applications with emphasis on MS Excel. Hands on experiencing in reconciliations.
