Junior Finance Officer

A prestigious International firm specialising in tax advice and financial planning is seeking to employ a Junior Finance Officer to assist with internal accounts within the Finance department.

This position is offered on a Full Time basis, is based in Mriehel and provides an excellent opportunity for a Junior Accounts person looking at career development within a well established company.

Qualifications

- At least 1 years experience in an Accounts or related role
- Familiarity with daily book-keeping procedures, especially with the posting of invoices, payment preparation and reconciliations
- Attention to detail and thorough
- Hard working ethic and highly organised
- Fluent in English, and ideally Maltese, with good communication skills
- IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office, especially with MS Excel, and ideally Shireburn
- Willing to learn and develop

Applicants should ideally possess an AAT Diploma or A level in Accounts, and at least 1 year or more basic Accounts experience is required.
Working knowledge of Shireburn Accounting Software will be considered highly advantageous.
