We are seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to provide the necessary expertise and skills, and to enhance the team and improve the performance of the business.
The chosen candidate is expected to support the General Manager with the day to day running of the business such as negotiating with suppliers, delegating tasks, supervising staff, monitoring and evaluating performance and upkeeping of the showroom.
He/She will also be involved in developing the business, analyzing reports and seeking new products.

Qualifications
Requirements
Proven experience as a manager or in another relevant sales role
Working knowledge of office equipment
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong communication skills
Has a good understanding of costings and accountancy
Fluent in speaking and writing in English
Experience managing a team of people
Knowledge in interior design and lighting fixtures is considered an asset.
