Accounts and Administration Officer

The duties are centered around the office administration function which includes the handling of telephone calls, filing and assisting the management in the day to day tasks.
The selected person must have a sound knowledge of bookkeeping as he/she will be assisting the accountant with the preparations of the books of account, reconciliations, and the submission of statutory data.
Applicants should ideally possess “A” level accounts or a similar qualification, but relevant experience will be considered as an alternative. Only applicants fluent in spoken Maltese will be considered.
The company will provide on the job training as required.
The working hours are based on a forty-hour week, Monday to Friday.
Remuneration is negotiable and depends on the ability of the selected individual to match the required skills.
