Storekeeper
Assisting, monitoring and maintaining appropriate stock levels on material required to carry out technical repair and maintenance works
As a Storekeeper you will be part of the team responsible to manage the operations inside the company’s stores. Your main duties include:
Checking and managing any material needed to carry out repairs on company assets
Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies
Performing other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labelling supplies
Inspecting deliveries for damage or discrepancies
Sustaining a good working relationship with vendors, officials, and employees
Carrying out store inventory including inspection, storage, and assurance of supplies
Ensuring adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
Carrying out deliveries when necessary
Qualifications
Education and Experience
In possession of a Secondary Level of Education
A minimum of one year experience working in a similar position
Proficient Level of English - both written and verbal is a must, knowledge of Maltese is preferable
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
In possession of a valid driver's license
Skills
Self-motivated and able to adapt to a changing environment
Organised with good time management skills
Good communication skills and works well within a team
Works well under minimal supervision
