HR / Office Administrator

Our client is a well known company based in Valletta employing approx. 50 people, they require a person to head their HR function, act as PA to the Managing Director and take care of the office administration.
Responsibilities will include:
Taking care of Recruitment campaigns, placing ads, short-listing applications, interviewing and selecting
Taking care of the current employees HR issues, such as appraisals, revues, staff retentions, disciplinary action, etc.,
Organising, attending , taking minutes of management meetings and chasing to ensure the management team have taken action according to what has been decided
Looking after the Managing Director personal bills, travel, diary, etc
Taking care of special projects, obtaining quotes for work, putting together proposals
Qualifications
This is a multidisciplinary role, which requires a very organised and proactive person. It is ideally suited to a very experienced person who is capable of working on their own initiative, has a good understanding of HR matters and likes to find solutions to a variety of difficult situations. The ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters is also essential
