What is expected of you?
• Assist all customers via email and telephone.
• Ensure that all inbound contacts presented during shift are dealt with during the required SLA timeframes and manner.
• Ensure professional and quality communication with customers is maintained
• Enhance and improve customer experience and relationships.
• Operate as part of a team.

What are you expected to bring?
• Native Maltese language skills
• Fluent in English
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Professional, honest and reliable

Shift patterns: 08h00 - 17h00 OR 09h00 - 18h00 OR 10h00 - 19h00
