Scaffolder Engineer/ Scaffolders

Requirements:

+ minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar position;
+ be responsible for the competent and safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding;
+ must have a sound knowledge of safety regulations;
+ the ability to supervise and motivate a team;
+ be self-motivated and safety-conscious;
+ be effective at multi-tasking;
+ a flexible and committed approach to the job;
+ the ability to work outdoors and at high elevations;
+ willingness to carry out physically demanding and dangerous work;
+ willingness to work extended hours to meet project deadlines;
+ must be organised and able to communicate instructions clearly;
+ must be physically fit and have good manual dexterity;
+ should be detail-oriented in order to spot potentially dangerous conditions, such as power lines;
+ the ability to manage a heavy workload and work under pressure;
+ the ability ability to communicate in English;
+ the ability to work to tight deadlines.
