Hardball Ltd. is a company that is in the process of developing a player-oriented platform for online sports betting and casino games in different markets adhering to local regulations.
Responsibilities:
+ Establish partnerships and relationships with affiliate partners
+ Manage and grow affiliate partners
+ Help grow revenue and affiliate marketing activity
+ Work on developing affiliate marketing strategies for advertisers with the wider account management team
+ Ensure all ROI and sales targets are met through the affiliate channels and partnerships
+ Formulate and execute affiliate recruitment campaigns across a wide range of clients
+ Collaborate with the creative teams to create affiliate marketing material
+ Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends
+ Deliver weekly progress, commission and activity reports for all affiliate partners
+ Lead and develop client relationships
+ Collaborate with the wider team to grow Client affiliate programs
+ Attend industry events
Qualifications
Requirements:
+ 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience
+ Broad understanding of how the gaming industry works
+ Enthusiastic about affiliate and digital marketing
+ Self-motivated
+ Has a network of existing gaming affiliates
+ Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
