Recruitment Executive

We are looking for an Exceptional Recruitment Executive to assist our HR & Recruitment team on a full-time basis! This role is new due to our business` expansion and high demand, and the successful candidate will need to attract ‘Exceptional’ talent!

The Role:
-Devise and carry out a targeted recruitment strategy
-Map role criteria, define position descriptions and document specifications
-Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
-Conduct interviews, follow up references and check credits
-Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges and industry association.

Qualifications

Our Requirements:
-Advanced Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/Similar as a minimum standard of qualification.
- Proven previous working experience in an HR/Marketing department.
- Fluency in Maltese & English
- The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
