Our client is looking for a Payroll Coordinator in order to be invested in, and given a fantastic career opportunity. Do you want to be a part of their Legen (…Wait for it) Dary Team ?!

You will:
+ Record payroll data on the system.
+ Assist in the preparation of the monthly basis Finance ad year-end reconciliations.
+ Assist to the Payroll Manager.
+ Assist communicating the correct legislation and payroll procedures within the company.
+ Provide management data to internal and external departments, routinely and ad-hoc requirements.

Qualifications

You need to:
+ Have a minimum of A’ Level Standard/Similar in Accounting or Payroll.
+ Having previous relevant experience is highly considered as an asset.
+ Be fluent in both English and Maltese.
+ Have a friendly and approachable personality to fit well into the hardworking team.
+ Be proficient in MS Office Applications.
