Call for an application for a full time clerk.The selected candidate will report the below responsibilities to the Managing Director;
• Produce day to day reconciliation
• Inputting customer receipts
• Prepare Debtors' Statements and credit control
• Posting Intrastat Documents
• Provide any necessary documentation requested by the Managing Director
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Assist with any other related activities.
Applicants are to send their closing letter along with their CV by not later than the 15th of December 2018.
Part-timers can also be considered.
Qualifications
Qualifications / Experience
The ideal candidate shall have:
• Basic knowledge of Accounts
• Proficiency in written English
• Proficiency in spoken Maltese
• Proficiency in Office software
• Excellent communicating skills
• Time Management skills & strong focus
• Knowledge of IT components
• Any work related experience and proficiency in accounting software are considered an asset.
