Amagis Capital Management is seeking to employ a multi-lingual lawyer with financial acumen and business knowledge available to start working ASAP. For applying, please submit CV and cover letter (max 1 page) at the email quoted above.



Main duties and responsibilities include:

? Performance of corporate secretary functions;
? Liaising with regulators in multiple jurisdictions;
? Drafting of foreign law governed documents;
? Drafting of securities and loan documentation/SPAs;
? Interface with multiple stakeholders across legal, compliance and business unit to develop procedures, processes and solutions;
? Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer/Legal Manager;
? Maintaining accounts with HNW on a regular basis.

Qualifications

Necessary qualifications and experience
? Law degree plus LLM degree from Russell Group University (preferably in Banking and Finance, International Economic Law, International Investment Law);
? Languages: English, Italian (fluent), Russian/Ukrainian (native);
? Knowledge of MiFID II/AIFMD, GDPR, UCITS;
? Knowledge of international economic law and foreign direct investments;
? Expertise in EEC markets;
? Understanding of issues relating to AML;
? Previous experience (at least 2-3years) in family offices, HNW and/or banks;

? Highly proficient in Microsoft Office;
? Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
? Strong project management and organizational skills.
