Mizzi Motors Limited is one of the leading companies within the local automotive industry, providing centralised services for the automotive division of the Mizzi Organisation.
Industrial Motors are seeking to employ a full-time Service Advisor to join our team. As Service Advisor, you will be working closely with the Garage Manager and you will be responsible for the after-sales service to clients, while also ensuring that quality standards are being adhered to.
Apart from the day-to-day, you will be responsible to:
• Set up of appointments for servicing and repairs with clients and issue job cards for the workshop relating to the works to be undertaken;
• Liaise with customer needs in relation to works required and carried out;
• Make the necessary arrangements for the clients to collect their vehicle;
• To process documentation required for the handling of warranty claims.

Qualifications

The selected candidate should ideally have:
• A secondary level of education;
• ECDL;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English;
• At least three years’ experience working in a similar position or as a motor vehicle technician.
Training will be given to the right candidate.
