The Back Office Agent’s role is made up of administration work and support other personnel on the day to day operations in the call centre environment.
Main duties include:
• Basic administration duties including the handling of emails
• Register incoming mail
• Basic data inputting
• Support other employees
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Be trustworthy, polite and organised
• Basic computer skills
• Fluency in both Maltese and English, spoken and written
• Fast typing – able to score 30WPM
• Pay attention to detail and ensure efficiency
• Be able to work on a roster basis from Monday to Friday
