As the Retail Sales person, you will be involved in the retail of footwear and apparel and associated products from within the Timberland Store.

Your primary concern will be a strong customer focus, but you will also need a good knowledge of the fashion trends and retail sales.

You should be able to help customers locate the right footwear or clothing item and offer information and advice about the different styles and fabrics that are available.

Qualifications

The Retail Sales person must provide excellent customer service for all customer needs and purchases.

The Retail Sales person must also assist the Shop supervisor in the process of shop merchandising, stock replenishment, ordering, receiving, and upkeep of the shop.

The Retail Sales person may be involved in visual displays of the merchandise to enhance certain products or express a seasonal theme.

Additionally, they must have strong customer relationship skills and have cash-handling and good computer skills.

Additionally, the person in this position must be able to handle and lift heavy boxes.
