Finance Clerk & Assistant
Hotel Kennedy Nova
The ideal candidate requires to assist the Finance Department of a Hotel in the following roles;
- Bank reconciliations
- Data inputting
- Creditors reconciliation
- Debtor chasing
- Checking of Front Office Postings
- Stock taking
- Responding of emails
The employment requires individuals to be able to reason things out, and is a team player.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a Hotel, Hospitality or Supply industry, would be considered an asset or a role relating to the Accounts sector.
Knowledge of the Maltese and English language both written and oral is essential.
A good understand of windows operating systems such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
This role is on a Full Time basis for immediate employment - flexible hours are available.
