Requirements:

+ 3+ years experience relevant experience within a factory / power plant;
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
+ strong oral and written communication skills in English and Maltese;
+ proficiency in MS Office;
+ strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
+ ability to influence others and lead teams;
+ ability to co-ordinate several projects simultaneously;
+ effective problem identification and solution skills;
+ proven analytical and organisation ability;
+ accountability for action;
