Here at Centrecom we offer our customer care services via phone and emails from our Call Centre, as well as face to face from our Information/Customer Support Hubs around Malta.
The ideal candidate will be working a minimum of 3 shifts a week primarily at our Call Centre in Mosta between Monday to Friday 08:00 and 16:00 hrs and occasionally also cover shifts in our service hubs on replacement basis.
This position offers incentive bonuses, employee benefit schemes, fuel allowance when replacing the existing agents, paid training for the first weeks of employment and an amazing team of leaders who are always available to help you navigate and grow within the Company.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Excellent command of both Maltese and English;
- Basic Computer knowledge;
- Previous experience in customer care.
