As part of our growth plan new talent is required for immediate Full Time Employment:

THE JOB.

- Prepare vehicles to be re-sprayed, mix paints to ensure a perfect match & re-spray vehicles
accordingly;

- Checking each vehicle upon completion ensuring there are no defects;

- Perform vehicle cosmetic work as necessary;

- Able to demonstrate high commitment ensuring customers’ satisfaction;

- Ensuring efficiency & productivity levels are met in accordance with established schedules &
deadlines;

- Working at high standards, ensuring that the established quality levels are met at all times;

- Following Health & Safety practices & adhering to established Standards.

Qualifications

YOU.

- At least 2 years’ experience within a similar role with sound up to date knowledge of related
trade & skills;

- Willing to undertake further training as required by the Company;

- Be an excellent team player by sharing knowledge, work experience & support fellow
colleagues as required;

- Take pride in your work to strive to achieve a quality repair, first time every time;

- Have the ability to work on own initiative;

- Communicating effectively & professionally with colleagues, customers & superiors;

- A qualification in respective area will be considered an asset.
