Support specialist (English and German languages)

As a support specialist, you will be assisting players of the “Tanki Online” project, helping them with any difficulties in the game and promptly solving their problems. You will be interacting with foreign colleagues.

Your mission:
- Processing user tickets via an internal helpdesk system;
- Monitoring the operation of the game service;
- Rapid response to accident reports.

Qualifications

Your profile:
- Experienced in support within the gaming industry, either through internships or private involvement;
- Fluent English and German speaker;
- The ability to understand the essence of a problem from a text, and respond to it as efficiently and comprehensively as possible;
- Caring attitude towards users;
- Strong communication skills and an open and friendly personality.
