Attard Bros Group was founded over 35 years ago and today employs over 300 employees. The group operates in the building industry and strives to offer its clients a holistic service.
As part of the Group’s expanding strategy, Attard Bros is looking to invest further in its Finishing & Contracting Department by recruiting a hands on foreman on fulltime basis to work for the Group.

Roles to be performed by the candidate include but are not limited to :
• Supervising , managing the personnel and subcontractors assigned to him/her on various multi-discipline projects.
• Assist the Project Manager in the execution of set tasks and targets on site.
• Responsible for coordinating the resources and materials require to execute works.
• Maintain all records related to site works, daily allocation of resources and labour.
• Coordinating and liaising with clients site representative.
• Executing works cost effectively.
• Be responsible for the safety of project personnel and 3rd parties and implementing Health and Safety regulations.
• Maintaining personnel weekly attendance records, requesting and coordinating manpower, equipment and material requirements on sites.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

At least 5 years successful track record in similar position, good knowledge of finishing trades and working under pressure on projects and the ability to understand drawings and lead by example.
