Accounts & Administration Clerk

A well established distributor within the food & beverage industry is seeking to employ an Accounts and Administration Clerk to assist with all administrative functions and junior accounts duties.
This position is offered on a Full Time basis, and provides an excellent opportunity to develop your Accounts skills and take on more responsibilities.
Qualifications
> At least one year experience in an Administrative role with Accounts exposure
> Familiarity with basic daily book-keeping procedures, postings, reconciliations and preparing accounts up to trial balance
> Attention to detail and thorough
> Hard working ethic and highly organised
> Friendly and a team player
> Fluent in English and Maltese with good communication skills
> IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office, especially with MS Excel
Applicants should ideally possess an A'level in Accounts or similar qualification, and at least one year of basic administration/accounts experience.
