We are on the lookout for a group of Mystery Shoppers to hold a number of visits in the retail sector. The persons we are looking for must possess an eye for detail, observant and an excellent understanding of good customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or for someone who would like to work for a set period of time. The applicant can manage own timetable as per his/her availability.

Qualifications

Knowledge of English and Maltese language
Ability to write / compile a form following the Mystery Shopper exercise, including short notes
