The payroll/accounts clerk maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests by employees, maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. Responsible for reviewing and maintaining accounting records using accounting excel spreadsheets. Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger. Other office work as needed on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Qualified and experienced accounts/payroll clerk on part-time basis required by Sisters of Charity Tarxien. Must be honest, responsible and trustworthy. Maltese language and proficiency in excel are necessities. Detailed CVs to be sent to above email address.
