Office Clerk

We are looking for an Office Administrator/Office Clerk who will provide clerical, and administrative support to a small legal practice as may be required for an effective and efficient operation initially for about twenty hours a week with room for expansion on flexi-time basis.
At this point this is not a full time job and it is ideal for a skilled, qualified, meticulous, diligent, highly motivated and dedicated person seeking an additional work experience and income within a flexible work structure.
Qualifications
'A' level standard of education. Very Good command of Maltese and English. Have a high degree of computer literacy, at least three year’s relevant and acceptable work experience in an Administrative /Office work environment.
Experience in a legal/notarial setup is considered an asset.
The right candidate: Possess very well developed interpersonal and communication skills. Be results oriented, extremely organised diligent and dedicated. Be able to prove working on own initiative w/o supervision.
