Casa Ellul is a Victorian townhouse restored in Valletta, the only member of Small Luxury Hotel of the World in Malta. Accordingly, we are looking for both full and part time Waiters/Waitress.

As a Waiter/Waitress you will be expected to provide the highest levels of service to our guests. An enthusiasm for delivering first class service and a willingness to learn are essential in this role. In addition, attention to detail is crucial to ensure consistency and a smooth-running operation, as are good organisation skills.

The role of a Waiter/Waitress includes:
• Knowledge of the menu and ability to identify dishes
• Ensure that mise en place is stocked prior to service and replenished throughout
• Polishing of cutlery, crockery
• Delivery of food to the restaurant in a timely manner

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• A valid work permit
• Fluent in English
• Possess a Food Handling Certificate
• Clean Police Conduct
