Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our BigMat team.
This challenging role entails handling customer enquiries, requests and concerns, providing information and solutions on all of our products and services, and working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
• Taking ownership for queries from first contact to resolution
• Interacting directly with potential new and existing clients
• Development, maintenance and retention of customer relationships
• Accurately updating administrative records
• Resolving face to face, telephone and email queries
• Monitoring until completion of outstanding orders and enquiries
• Processing customers registration

• Able to demonstrate a high standard of customer centric service
• Fluent in spoken and written Maltese & English
• Courteous telephone manners
• Competent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to act on own initiative
• Capable of following procedures and systematic processes
• Having a methodical and accurate approach to work activities
• Finding solution to issues and problems
• Positive attitude, energetic approach and self- motivated
• Able to handle complaints
