Successful real estate company looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with previous experience from the same kind of role in Malta.
The Sales Manager will help the company meet (or exceed!) customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive on the Maltese market, and innovative in its marketing strategy. You will be responsible for maximizing your sales team’s potential – the sky is the limit and you’re aiming right up there!
About the role:
– Motivating sales team to close sales
– Leading by example – showing and guiding agents how to achieve the maximum results
– Besides supervising sales agents, the Sales Manager also has responsibility for HR duties such as conducting interviews & hiring new staff
– Training the best team on the island!
– Developing effective training programs that teaches agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for sales.
– Weekly and monthly targets and performance reviews, competitions etc
– Assisting with marketing plan for the company
– Must have own car & clean licence

Qualifications
