About the company:
Alert Group Limited is a Birkirkara-based startup i-gaming company that offers its B2B clients from the gaming industry a full range of online customer service solutions.
An Alert Group Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for answering product and service questions, and shall apply all efforts to a) responding to customer needs and b) ensuring the best possible gaming experience. CSR’s communication channels are:
1. IP telephony;
2. Online chat console;
3. Email.

Qualifications
Job requirements:
1. Intermediate to upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English;
2. Demonstrable communication skills;
3. Professional demeanor, maturity and understanding of the online gaming business;
4. Basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft applications;
5. Ability to work as a team;
6. Advanced to native proficiency in either Portuguese, Turkish, Russian, Spanish or Finnish.
