Inspire is looking to recruit a Full time Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager is a critically important position in our organization, and shall be responsible for all aspects of the employee life cycle, covering the full generalist remit of the HR function.

The HR Manager shall ensure to support an HR Strategy which fits the Organisational Culture, supporting all members of staff in HR related matters and identify gaps to improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

The role requires applicants to have adequate work experience and practical knowledge in the area, coupled with the ability to provide daily leadership and management that mirrors the mission, vision and values of Inspire.
