· Customer support via Live Chat, email and telephone.
· Integrating into a team and sharing responsibilities.
· Proactive problem solving.
· Customer Service.
· Contacting customers to promote our brand psychology and goal - upselling
· Maintaining relationships. to ensure that all customers receive an outstanding level of service.
· Atively communicate with relevant departments to provide a timely escalation process and follow up with pending issues.
· Keep customers constantly informed about and interested In the Company’s online servIces.
· Create marketing campaign content for digital channels and social media to increase brand lotaly
· Content and copy writing can be performed in English and Turkish language
· Cooperate with Customer service team leader and other departments which is responsible for the customer's problem and provide feedback to team leader and support team.
· Help to solve customer queries without ticket escalation and increase customer satisfaction
· Translate queries from English to Turkish and vice-versa
· Keep customers constantly informed about and interested in our online services
· Contrubuting the company development by conducting research towards corporate improvement
· Fulfilling Departmental and Personal KPI’s as assigned and described by the Company.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 months Customer Support role experience
