Assisting the Accounts Department with the daily duties including but not limited to posting invoices, liaising with suppliers & clients, reconciling accounts, performing sales & cash reconciliations, bank reconciliations & other administrative duties that may be required from time to time
Qualifications
Education & Experience
• An ‘A’ level standard of education
• Proficiency in computer skills mainly Word and Excel
• Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese & English
• Previous experience with the use of Sage Line 50 is considered an asset
Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Be meticulous and hardworking
• Be able to work with minimum supervision
