We are seeking to recruit a Dispatcher to join our multicultural workforce.
Key Duties:
- Ensure that all sales orders are processed and distributed effectively in a timely fashion.
- Implement company procedures to ensure distribution vehicles and personnel are used effectively.
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve recurring problems.
- Ensure that all deliveries are done according to market requirements and investigate non-deliveries on a daily basis by phoning outlets to verify the reasons for the non-delivery reported by driver.
- Ensure that all work carried out is in accordance to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- A highly organized individual.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using IT software applications.
- Ability to work efficiently and under pressure.
- An ‘A’ level standard of education.
- Good written and verbal skills both in English and Maltese.
Candidate should be able to work under minimum supervision and be self-motivated with a can-do attitude. Computer knowledge is a must.
