Executive Assistant

· Scheduling appointments and meetings, travel arrangements and general administration, and inter-office coordination;
· Ensuring the the day to day running of the office is maintained and organised;
· Updated filing system at all times;
· Be responsible for agency, platform, supplier and product list management and invoice processing for suppliers whilst also making cost effective use of company resources;
· Manage diaries, meeting schedules, agendas and actions for meetings as required;
· Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel budgets for meetings as required;
· Make travel and accommodation bookings for the CEO and the other employees;
· Handle first line telephone inquiries, answer e-mails and greet visitors in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish
University Degree
Minimum 1 years of experience in Executive Assistant position,
Have strong ambition and has objectives about life,
Strong organizational skills is required with paying attention details and proactive,
Results-oriented and detail-oriented demonstrating drive and initiative,
Capable to work effectively under pressure or strict deadlines with multi tasking
Experienced in general office procedures and practices,
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
